We are looking for an apprentice as System Catering Practitioner EBA for our restaurant.

The EBA training in system catering is a two-year program aimed at individuals who want to learn a practical, hands-on profession in a dynamic and structured environment.

Profile

This apprenticeship is for you if:

  • You have completed secondary school
  • You have basic knowledge of German (spoken and written)
  • You enjoy practical and manual work
  • You enjoy working in a team and interacting with customers
  • You are reliable, punctual, and eager to learn
  • You like following clear guidelines and procedures
  • You are stress-resistant and feel comfortable in a rhythmic environment
  • Order, cleanliness, and hygiene are among your priorities

Your future profession

As a System Catering EBA apprentice, you will be trained mainly through daily practice in gastronomy, accompanied by experienced trainers.

Among other things, you will learn:

  • Preparation of products according to quality and hygiene standards
  • Greeting, serving, and advising customers
  • Efficient teamwork at various stations in the restaurant
  • Compliance with food safety procedures and regulations
  • Maintaining order and cleanliness in the workplace

Your training

  • Practical training directly in the restaurant
  • Courses at vocational school to deepen theoretical knowledge
  • Inter-company courses to link theory and practice

Your federal vocational certificate EBA is a solid entry into your professional future at McDonald's or in gastronomy.

Your development prospects

After completing the EBA, you can:

  • Direct entry into the job market
  • Or continue your training with a two-year bridge to the EFZ in system catering.
