Role Description 

As a Maintenance Worker, you ensure that the restaurant facilities, equipment, and surroundings are always in top condition. Your work helps keep our operations safe, efficient, and welcoming — so that both guests and team members can enjoy a clean and fully functional environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Perform daily checks and light maintenance on restaurant equipment 
  • Handle small repairs (lighting, seating, fixtures, basic technical issues) 
  • Maintain outdoor areas, entrances, waste stations, and parking zones 
  • Ensure proper functioning of utilities and report irregularities 
  • Support cleaning teams with tasks requiring technical support 
  • Follow safety, hygiene, and maintenance standards at all times 
  • Coordinate with management when external technicians are needed 

Required Qualifications 

  • Technical aptitude and interest in maintenance tasks 
  • Reliable, hands‑on, and proactive attitude 
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks 
  • Basic understanding of safety and maintenance procedures 
  • No formal training required — full instruction provided 
  • Experience in handyman work or facility maintenance is a plus
